we are delighted to announce our existing weekly preaching school turned as Putrela Christian University with 3-year Bachelor’s degree and 2-year Master’s Degree full time training program. And the PCU devoted to the training of gospel preachers within the Church of Christ branch of Christian theology. It is overseen by the elders of the Putrela Church of Christ
The greatest challenge to fulfilling the Great Commission is the lack of training qualified and dedicated leaders. This need motivates PCU to offer biblically-based leadership training for the leaders of today and tomorrow. We have taken a higher step and extended our existing preaching school into University Levels. We are giving few reasons why leadership training is vitally important to fulfilling the Great Commission:
The leader impacts the results and effectiveness of the people he lead. The leader sets the example that everyone follows. As the leader goes, so the followers go. The leader needs to be properly trained in order to model good leadership. If the leader is not effective, then the followers and their results will most likely be hindered. Leadership training is at the core of the Biblical method for expanding the Kingdom. Both the Old and New Testaments focus on training and multiplying leaders who will change the world. In the Old Testament, Jethro challenged Moses to create a leadership structure and leadership development system. In the New Testament, we see that Jesus spent three years training His disciples closely, then sent them out to change the world!
PCU help you to make a start in finding and developing these leadership qualities within yourself. We advocate that it should be an integral part of every Mission work.

Putrela Christian university located in Elizabeth Garden’s at Putrela, Vissannapeta mandal, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh. PCU was beautifully designed and built with modern facilities where the students can enjoy their time studying the word of God. The campus was surrounded by beautiful flowers, mango garden and vegetable garden where are harvesting the best vegetable without using any kind of pesticides. The largest Church of Christ Bible University ever built in India in a mind-blowing atmosphere. Courses & Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree: 3 Years
Qualification: Intermediate
